Valley Maker (2011)
A filmmaker friend of mine built a makeshift house-raft and navigated nearly the entire length of the Mississippi River in 2009. Valley Maker was the final documentary created out of the hundreds of hours of video and audio collected during the trip. I joined for only 1 week of the roughly 2-month voyage and contributed as much video and audio recordings I could but much of what I saw during the trip made it into the final film.
Neraka (2001)
Everybody loves a weird student film and Neraka is no exception. It was the most ambitious film project I was involved with during college and was made for a collaborative film making class comprised of roughly 15 people. We had 1 semester to plan, shoot, edit, and premiere a short film. I think most of us got an A. Please enjoy the end result.
Word Wizards (2010)
During a stop-motion animation class at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, our only assignment for the semester was to create a short animation of our choice. As an homage to a classic childrens' TV show produced at the Univeristy of Wisconsin - Stout, I animated the final episode of the 1984 series 'Storylords.' Hopefully we'll see a reboot of the franchise one day.
